ji88 Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Rules & Player Obligations

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the ji88 website (ji88.lol), all subdomains, associated mobile-optimised web applications, and any future digital properties operated by ji88.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User upon successful completion of the ji88 registration process.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's ji88 Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), comprising real-money deposits, winnings, and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits awarded to a Player by ji88, subject to wagering requirements as specified in individual promotion terms.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by a Player using actual monetary value via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard debit, or other accepted payment methods.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process by which ji88 verifies a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership using documentation including, but not limited to, Pakistan National Identity Card (CNIC).
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) before Bonus Funds may be converted into withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction from which ji88 is legally or regulatorily prohibited from accepting players or processing transactions.

To register and use the ji88 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older. This is a strict, non-waivable requirement imposed by ji88's international gaming licence and our internal responsible gaming policy.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons are not permitted to hold ji88 accounts.
• You must not be located in or resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction at the time of registration or any subsequent use of the ji88 platform.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from the ji88 platform or had your account permanently closed by ji88 for breach of these Terms.
• You must not be registered on any national or international self-exclusion register that prohibits you from accessing online gambling services.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) Account on the ji88 platform. The existence of multiple Accounts held by the same individual — regardless of the name, mobile number, email address, payment method, or device used to register them — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (matching your CNIC), a valid Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and a secure password. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will update your Account details promptly should any information change.

• All Accounts associated with a single individual will be permanently closed without prior notice.
• All Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings will be voided with immediate effect.
• Verified Real Money Funds may be returned to the original deposit source at ji88's discretion following internal investigation.
• The Player may be permanently banned from the ji88 platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ji88 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. Ji88 will never request your full password via any communication channel, including live chat, email, SMS, or telephone.

You must not share your Account credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or individuals claiming to act on your behalf. All activity conducted through your Account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been authorised by you.

Ji88 strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via their account security settings. In the event that you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your ji88 Account, you must notify ji88 customer support immediately via live chat.

Ji88 accepts deposits via the following verified payment methods. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and credited to your Account balance in PKR without currency conversion charges unless expressly stated.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in your own legal name. Ji88 reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of any payment method used to fund a ji88 Account as part of the KYC process. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be voided and returned at ji88's absolute discretion.

Players may request withdrawal of Real Money Funds from their ji88 Account at any time, subject to the conditions outlined in this Section. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully KYC-verified Accounts.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, ji88 requires completion of the KYC verification process. This includes submission of a clear photograph of your valid Pakistan National Identity Card (CNIC) and, where required, a selfie photograph for biometric matching. KYC documents submitted must be valid, legible, and unaltered.

Ji88 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within the following timeframes. Processing times are subject to banking partner processing schedules and may be extended during Pakistani public holidays:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa: 5–30 minutes from approval
• Raast / 1LINK: 15–60 minutes from approval
• HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank Transfer: Up to 24 hours
• Visa/Mastercard Debit: 1–3 business days

As an anti-money laundering (AML) measure, ji88 requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, ji88 may request additional documentation before approving an alternative withdrawal destination.

Ji88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including Welcome Bonuses, Reload Bonuses, Free Spins, Cashback offers, and VIP-exclusive promotions. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented.

All Bonus Funds awarded by ji88 are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms. Where no specific wagering requirement is stated, a default requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.

Ji88 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them, and to close associated Accounts permanently, where ji88 determines in its reasonable assessment that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: arbitrage betting strategies designed to systematically exploit bonus terms, use of multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, and collusion with other Players to exploit promotional offers.

Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds and associated Free Spins expire 30 calendar days from the date of issuance if wagering requirements have not been met. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Account balance without compensation.

Ji88's sports betting markets cover cricket (including PSL, Pakistan internationals, bilateral series, ICC tournaments), UFC, football, tennis, and other international sporting events. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the ji88 platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Ji88 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed, except where a manifest error in odds is acknowledged by ji88 in writing.
• Ji88 reserves the right to limit, adjust, or refuse bets from any Player at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to suspected match-fixing, unusual betting patterns, or concerns about Account integrity.
• In the event of a manifest odds error (a clearly incorrect price caused by a human or system error), ji88 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's Account.
• Live betting markets (in-play) may be suspended at any time by ji88 — particularly during rain delays, Power Play overs, and other event disruptions in cricket matches.
• Minimum single-bet stake: Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event type and are displayed at the point of bet placement.

For PSL and other Pakistani cricket markets, ji88 follows the DLS method for rain-affected match settlements. Matches reduced to fewer than five overs per side are void. In the event of a Super Over, the match is considered complete for match-winner market settlement purposes.

All casino games available on the ji88 platform — including live dealer games, online slots, virtual table games, and game show titles — are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Play'n GO. These providers operate under their own gaming licences and their games use independently audited and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

Ji88 does not modify, intervene in, or alter the outcome of any casino game. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the certified RNG systems of our provider partners. Ji88 publishes verified monthly Return-to-Player (RTP) reports accessible in the platform's transparency section.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ji88 platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, voiding of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the ji88 platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or interfere with the ji88 platform's software, code, databases, or security systems.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds, or using the ji88 platform as a mechanism to conceal the origins of funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Colluding with other Players to influence game or betting outcomes, including chip dumping in poker, match-fixing in sports betting, or coordinated bonus abuse.
• Registering an Account on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your ji88 Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with ji88.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors in games — any Player who identifies a bug or error must report it to ji88 support immediately rather than exploiting it for financial gain.

Ji88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to Players seriously. Gambling should be an entertaining leisure activity — not a means of generating income, resolving financial problems, or escaping personal difficulties. Ji88 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps set by the Player. Once set, reductions to limits take effect immediately; increases to limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the maximum amount a Player can lose within a specified period. Applied immediately upon request.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session termination after a Player-defined period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications during gaming sessions reminding you of session duration and net gaming position.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary Account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days — activatable immediately at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent Account closure with a minimum 6-month exclusion period. Players who self-exclude may not open a new ji88 Account during the exclusion period under any circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in ji88's intellectual property beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, sell, broadcast, circulate, or commercially exploit any content from the ji88 platform without the prior written consent of ji88. Unauthorised use of ji88's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ji88, its officers, directors, employees, agents, game providers, and payment partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the ji88 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or anticipated savings resulting from participation in gaming or betting activities on ji88.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or data loss caused by factors beyond ji88's reasonable control, including Pakistani ISP network disruptions, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Losses resulting from your failure to adequately secure your Account credentials or from unauthorised Account access where ji88 has not been negligent.
• Decisions made by third-party game providers regarding game outcomes, settlements, or technical malfunctions within their game software.

Ji88's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant incident occurred.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the ji88 platform, you must first contact ji88 customer support via live chat or by emailing [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. Ji88 commits to responding to all formal disputes within 5 business days and to resolving the majority of disputes within 20 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through ji88's internal process, it may be referred to the independent dispute resolution (ADR) body designated by ji88's licensing authority. Details of the applicable ADR body are available upon request from ji88 customer support.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ji88 holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction for the resolution of any legal dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through ADR.

Ji88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email and/or a prominent notice displayed on the ji88 platform no less than 14 calendar days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the ji88 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the ji88 platform and may request Account closure by contacting ji88 customer support.
